Day 4.

Today isn't going to be an easy one.

I'm huuuuuuuuuungry. But I'm not giving in.

I decided to make some mini-goals. Here they are:

1. Get down to 205 pounds. At 35 pounds away, that's a goal I can see myself reaching. In reality, I'd like to be get-a-boyfriend-thin, but I'll settle for 205 pounds right now. :)

2. I'd like to work my way up to 60 minutes of cardio, 6 times a week. However, the key here is reach this goal without injury, so it's not a goal that I think should happen RIGHT NOW. If I can work out for 20 minutes a day for a week, then 30 minutes a day for a week.. eventually I'll meet my goal, and I can settle for 'eventually' for now.

Okay, that's all I've got. I'm sure I'll update later.


  1. Thats a great goal! Also, youll be surprised at how easy itll get, youll start to want to go further.

  2. I'm so happy I found your blog! Somehow it's just uplifting to know there are others out there struggling. I gained my weight in college and avoided classes and life too, however I'm glad that you are now blogging about it and will be here to support you! Big cheers!

  3. Setting mini goals is a great idea! I wish you continued success! I know you can do this!! Just keep the great attitude you've got going, and you will get there. Take it one day at time, and before you know it...you will be that much closer to your goal!!!
