Embarrassing Before Pictures!




So, this is what 240 pounds look like on a 5 foot frame! These are bad pictures, but I haven't taken pictures of myself since I was like 15.. so this is a secret picture that my Grandpa took of me at the first football game of the season! On my facebook, I have exactly zero pictures of myself! Haha.. Oh well. I will be a picture taking diva after I lose this weight!!

    Just think! Only 40 pounds to go until you reach 200! That is LESS than 50 and 100! Thats how I think of things, I hope it helps! I totally love your hair color! I also never take pictures and then my friend Lola wrote a blog about that and I realized fat or not, I SHOULD be taking pictures.

    You will be so happy that you did before, during and after pictures!! I regretted not doing that along my journey, and now wish I had. For one thing, a picture never lies, so as you are on this journey, it will be great motivation for you to look at your picture process and see how much you've changed, even if you don't feel as though you have made much progress at all! I can't wait for the next set of pictures!!!

    Monica's right, you really do have lovely hair.

    Now that you're on the journey, you're going to relish having the before pictures down the line. I didn't think to take before pictures until I'd already lost 8 pounds, and kicked myself for it.

    Don't fret about pictures. You'll be so happy afterward that you took them. Don't run from them either! I had to have a hard talk with myself after my vacation. I didn't want to post the pics b/c I wasn't at my goal weight and didn't want anyone to see, but that is ridiculous! I went on vacation! I wanted everyone to see! So I posted the pictures and my friends just kept commenting on my tan! See usually we are our worst critics. So smile big and say cheese! You'll feel so much better! Plus one day you'll look back and think, "wow. This was before...I'm so proud of how far I've come"
